Fashion magazines have been popular for decades.  Why are they so popular?  Well, for one reason, women typically enjoy fashion.  I really can not get into the reason behind this, but let's face the facts.  Women appear to enjoy shopping for clothing and fashion accessories.  I could be wrong, but I think handbags and shoes top the list...

The fashion magazines not only help with shopping, they help educate the reader regarding fashion items.  You may learn about the best fashion brands, best places to shop, the latest fashion trends etc.

Fashion Building

Today in New York City, I saw a building with big letters across the side that says, "The Fashion Building".  This started me wondering if this is the only building in New York that can be called The Fashion Building.  Do they have some sort of official approval to create the buildings name?  Is it possible to have more then one building with the same name?

How does a building owner name a building?  More importantly, how is it possible to name your building "The Fashion Building".  Does the building have to maintain a particular percentage of fashion companies in the building.  Can the building be called a fashion building and have no fashion businesses???
